At Ageless and Beautiful Medical Spa, our goal is to provide you a wonderful experience.
SPA POLICY
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa treatment. Our scheduling allows for the correct amount of time needed to complete your spa experience. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to complete your service.
NO-SHOW POLICY
As a courtesy to our spa professionals, we kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice to cancel your appointment by calling (619) 299-0264. Should you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 no-show appointment fee when you come back for your next service.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages, or service series.
MOBILE PHONE POLICY
We kindly request that your mobile phone is set to silent or vibrate at all times while in our spa.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all our services. You do have the option to add a gratuity when you checkout after your service is complete.
OPEN PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUNDS
No refunds will be given on any open products or makeup within 14 days of purchase. Spa credit only. A receipt must be present.
UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUNDS
Credit card or spa credit will be issued on any unused products that are in unopened packaging and resellable condition within 14 days of purchase. A receipt must be present. If you made a purchase online, please contact us directly about your return.
