Sean Daneshmand, MD
Dr. Sean Daneshmand is Double Board Certified as an OBGYN and MFM (High Risk Pregnancy Specialist). He is currently the Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Scripps Health.
He graduated from New York Medical College and completed residency at UCLA and fellowship at UCSD. He has been practicing in the field of Womens Health since 2002.
He has also completed extensive training in Aesthetic procedures including Vaser Liposelection and has been the Medical Director of Ageless and beautiful Medical Spa since May 2005. Dr. Daneshmand loves taking care of women and became interested in Aesthetic treatment to help women feel ageless and beautiful.
Dr. Daneshmand has been nominated as a “Top Doctor in San Diego” as published in San Diego Magazine continuously since 2008-2018. He has also appeared in numerous newspapers and news networks and interviewed for his knowledge in the field of women’s Health.
He has been nominated by San Diego Business Journal as Health care Hero of the year in 2019.
He was also nominated by CNN Heroes Program as a “Hero nominee” (April 2010) for his work and effort in establishing Miracle Babies, a non profit organization that provides financial assistance to families with sick babies in the Neonatal Intensive care Unit (NICU)

Janet Sansano, RN
Janet received her BSN degree in the Philippines. She has been a RN for 20 years. She has worked with Dr. Sean Daneshmand at Ageless and Beautiful since 2006 and has been in the cosmetic surgery industry since 2004.
As part of the A&B team, Janet is in charge of the pre-op process, as well as making sure the patient is educated about the procedure and the recovery process. Her empathy, compassion, support and understanding of the patients needs, it’s whatmakes her an essential part of our team.
Janet is an experienced nurse injector, that specializes in lips enhancements, facial and body contouring, skin tightening, hair removal, skin pigmentation, skin resurfacing and removal of superficial veins.
She continues expanding her knowledge by attending seminars and obtaining different types of training.
In her free time, she loves to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Janet enjoys spending time with her family and most of all playing with her puppy Bentley.
Adriana Mariscal, Medical Assistant
Adrianna has been our Medical Assistant and patient Coordinator since 2017. She is one of our bilingual staff members who speaks both English and Spanish. She works the front desk as well as providing medical services.
Her 4 years experience in this field has helped her provided the best service and experience for patients that come in at our medical spa.
Adrianna is an essential part of the A+B team since she can help you by providing information on products and services as well as helping you schedules your appointment.
Her expertise is in Vitamin shots as she cares and makes sure patient are comfortable and please with the service provided.
Elisa M. Kreth, M.S., L.Ac., Acupuncturist
Elisa M. Kreth, M.S., L.Ac., is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Clinical Herbalist with her Master’s of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
She is licensee in the state of California as well as a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
She received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences, Kinesiology with Emphasis in Health Fitness and Nutrition from SDSU in 2000 and then her Masters from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2005.
She has a Certificate of Completion from the Chengdu University of TCM, Chengdu China, with over 100 clinical hours.
Elisa started her career working at San Diego Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic in 2005. In January of 2011 she expanded her practice to Del Mar, to serve her North San Diego clients.
While currently still located in Del Mar, she is excited to have recently joined Ageless and Beautiful medical spa located in the heart of Hillcrest. She is very excited to join this team of wonderful specialists and share her craft with the Hillcrest community.
Although she treats a variety of conditions, a large percentage of her practice is dedicated to the treatment of pain. Several treatment methods are used including electro-stimulation, traditional acupuncture, hot and cold therapy, cupping, moxa, massage therapy and herbal medicine.
